日本語あるいは英語以外の言語を用いる患者さまへ / 致使用日语或英语以外语言的患者 / For Patients Who Speak Languages Other Than Japanese or English NEW!
当院では外国籍の患者さんも受け入れておりますが、診療には正確な意思疎通が欠かせません。
患者さんご本人が日本語を母国語とされない場合でも、日常会話レベルの日本語で直接やりとりができる場合には、診療を行えることが多いです。
一方で、付き添いの方が通訳をされる場合、日本語のレベルや有する医療に関する知識 によっては、診療に必要な内容が正確に伝わらないことがあります。
特に、患者さんの病状や治療歴、服薬内容を十分に理解できていない付き添いの方が翻訳を試みると、互いに情報を正しく共有できず、トラブルにつながることがあります。
さらに、病状や治療法、薬剤の説明に使われる日本語には、日常会話ではあまり使われない単語や表現が含まれる場合があり、理解ができていないことがあります。
十分な意思疎通ができないと診療の安全が確保できないため、その場合は診療を継続できず、他の医療機関をご案内させていただくことがあります。
日本語および英語以外の言語をお使いになる患者さんにつきましては、受診の際には可能な限り医療通訳サービスのご利用をお願いいたします。
本院也接收外国籍患者，但诊疗过程中需要准确的沟通。
若患者本人不是以日语为母语，只要能以日常会话水平直接沟通，通常仍能进行诊疗。
另一方面，陪同人员担任翻译时，其日语水平以及所具备的医学相关知识 若不足，可能无法准确传达诊疗所需的信息。
特别是，当陪同人员对患者的病情、治疗历史或服药情况缺乏充分理解时，即使尝试翻译，也难以与医务人员互相准确共享信息，从而导致纠纷。
此外，用于说明病情、治疗方法和药物的日语，往往包含日常会话中不常使用的单词和表达，因此有时难以理解。
若沟通不足，无法确保诊疗安全时，本院可能无法继续诊疗，并会建议前往其他医疗机构就诊。
对于使用日语及英语以外语言的患者，就诊时请尽可能使用专业的医疗口译服务，感谢您的配合。
Our clinic also welcomes foreign patients; however, accurate communication is essential for safe medical care.
If the patient themselves is not a native Japanese speaker, daily conversational Japanese is often sufficient for us to manage the consultation directly.
On the other hand, if an accompanying person serves as an interpreter, their level of Japanese and the medical knowledge they possess may not be sufficient to convey the information needed for medical care accurately.
In particular, when the accompanying person does not fully understand the patient’s condition, treatment history, or medications, attempts at interpretation may result in a failure to accurately share information with the medical staff, leading to problems.
Furthermore, the Japanese used to explain medical conditions, treatments, and medications often includes words and expressions that are not commonly used in daily conversation, which can sometimes be difficult to understand.
If adequate communication cannot be ensured, we may not be able to continue treatment and will guide you to another appropriate medical facility.
For patients who speak languages other than Japanese or English, we kindly ask you to make use of professional medical interpreting services whenever possible.
